Erika who was originally born and raised in Norrköping, Sweden, came to the United States in her early twenties. She fell in love with the South Florida culture and everything it offers and decided to make Fort Lauderdale her permanent home.
Over the course of 10 years, Erika invested in real estate properties to create an extra source of income and gain experience in the real estate market. She quickly realized her excitement for real estate but withdrew from the real estate market just before the massive fallout in 2007.
She continued her path in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager where she implemented and administered policies and practices for more than 300 employees in 13 locations throughout South Florida. She also served on the Safety Committee Board, as an OSHA officer.
Eventually, Erika transitioned into Consumer Service Operations where she established and oversaw the Domestic and International end-consumer and distribution relations in Europe across 12 countries. After many years of contributing to the growth and success of several businesses, she decided to follow her passion and return to real estate.
